Smt. Rasilaben Ranchodbhai Haribhai Patel Mahila Arts College was established in 1995 with a view to imparting cost effective value based education to girls, primarily in and around Vijapur. It is a women’s college affiliated to Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, Patan. It offers under graduate and post graduate courses in Sanskrit, Gujarati & English with Psychology as a subsidiary subject. The college is a part of Amrut Vidhyadham – an educational campus – which comprises multiple institutes of education and excellence managed by Ash Education Trust. The peaceful and serene atmosphere augments the teaching learning experience.

The college also promotes extracurricular activities like NSS, literary contests,competitions, cultural activities, sapta-dhara,  add-on courses, value education,skill development and sports for the complete development of its students.

The students of the college are meritorious and promising both in studies and co-curricular activities. The college has an average success rate of above 90% in the university exams. In the same way, the students of the college have dominated in various cultural events at the university, state and national level. The college also has well equipped audio visual facilities in class rooms and auditorium.
